First Term News Letter 2021/2022

 

It is heart-warming to pull through to the end of a successful term. We wish to appreciate all our parents for collaborating and believing in us . We created an engaging learning environment and with your support, our children have substantially developed more skills, confidence and love for learning. We  reassure you of our continued exciting learning experience and adventure.

PROGRESS REPORT: Our cognitive assessment was based on CA1, CA 2 (which was generated from Class work, assignments and weekly tests and projects) and Examination scores.

P.T.A: We use this medium to appreciate you all for the good attendance during our Parents, teachers association meeting (PTA). We have reviewed all the observations and comments and are implementing the action plans to ensure we address all areas of concern satisfactorily.More also a token has been added to the school fee as P.T.A levy so as to enhance the logistics of the association.

LESSON: There will be a compulsory lesson for our Jss1 and Jss3 pupils next term, the lesson levy will be cumulated with the school fee.

RESUMPTION: School resumes for 2nd term on Tuesday 4th January, 2022.  We expect early resumption to avoid unnecessary backlogs of work.

Please, also note that from second term, every payments should be remitted to the  School account.

Bank deposit and Use of Cashless Policy/Electronic Transaction : As from next term (2nd Term) Bringing cash to School/Staff to remit payments won't be tolerated anymore. Payments can only be made via bank deposit,  Electronic transaction i.e mobile transfer, P.O.S e.t.c 

NB: Evidence of payment should be made known aswell e.g deposit receipt, P.O.S Receipt, screenshot of transaction etc.
